机筒设有加热及冷却装置。
可生产出ф0.3mm~ф0.5mm的微型颗粒饲料。
适用范围
广泛适用于沉性及浮性水产类颗粒饲料、宠物类颗粒饲料的生产，也可用于各种原料的膨化及乳猪、仔鸡、珍禽兽、奶牛、育肥牛等饲料生产，在油脂工业中可用于大豆、棉籽、米糠、花生等油料的预处理。

Imported bearing in gearcase with original packing from German.
The whole stainless steel feeder is equiped with frequency conversion activators.
The screw components and the barrel bushes are made of abrasion-resistant alloy to extend life greatly.
The main motor chooses the frequency motor. It allows to adjust the screw speed according to requirements, and also adjust the speed of principal axis automatically to stop and insure security of production when unexpected reasons make the barrel over-pressing.
The barrel adopts far infrared heating and cooling devices.
Tiny pellet feeds from ф0.3mm to ф0.5mm can be produced.
Applicable Area
Widely used for sinking and floating aquatic pellets and pet-food pellets, as well as various raw materials such as porker feed, chickling, rare animal feeds, milch cow and urea-cattle feeds. It also applies for the preprocessing of bean, cottonseed, rice bran and peanut.
