The screw components and the barrel bushes are made of abrasion resistant alloy to extend life greatly.
The main motor chooses the frequency motor. It allows to adjust the screw speed according to requirements, and also adjust the speed of principal axis automatically to stop and insure security of production when unexpected reasons make the barrel over-pressing.
The barrel designes cooling and heating channels, which allows the temperatures of each section can be adjusted to meet the various requirements.
